What we are looking for:

Experience in home care, health care, business development, retirement living, or similar is required
RPN or RN preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated knowledge of business management
Valid driver's license and own vehicle required

What you will be doing:

Leading the growth of a new home care franchise location
Responsible for all day-to-day operations including scheduling, hiring, outreach, and partnership development
Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans
Grow into a leading role at the organization, as the business grows

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
