About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Sarasota is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care & Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. If you have a passion for helping others and a heart for caregiving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Caregiver preferred
- Valid HHA certification or CNA license a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
