This role is the backbone of our day-to-day.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage caregiver schedules — accurately and quickly
- Handle hiring steps and onboarding from start to finish
- Keep client records organized, updated, and compliant
- Support payroll, billing, and daily office flow
- Be the go-to for caregivers, clients, and families
- Spot issues early — and fix them fast

Who This Is For
- 2+ years in admin or operations
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Confident working independently and making decisions
- Strong with Microsoft Office
- Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
- Healthcare or in-home care experience is a plus
