- Direct and adjust caregiver schedules in real time
- Manage hiring documentation and onboarding workflows
- Maintain compliant, audit-ready client records
- Support payroll, billing, and daily office logistics
- Serve as the central communication hub for staff and families
- Anticipate problems before they become disruptions

🔎 Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative or office operations experience
- Exceptional organization and time management
- Independent decision-making ability
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Professional, composed, solution-oriented mindset
- Healthcare or home care experience (preferred, not required)
You must be detail-driven, responsive, and confident managing multiple priorities at once.
