Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregivers—including CNAs, PCAs, or Home Health Aides—in Bridgeport, CT, and surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time positions are available. As an in-home caregiver, you will play a vital role in maintaining clients’ quality of life by assisting with personal care, household tasks, and providing social engagement. Bilingual (Spanish/English) caregivers are encouraged to apply, as some clients prefer or require communication in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Routine Support: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
Meal Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
Medication Assistance: Provide reminders as directed.
Home Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a tidy environment.
Community Access: Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, medical appointments, and social outings.
Social Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, and recreational activities.
Safety: Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers.
Observation & Reporting: Report changes in clients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to supervising staff.
Tailored Care Plans: Follow individualized care plans accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
