About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Health Care in North San Diego as a Caregiver and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supported in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Administer medication and monitor client health
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Document and report any changes in client condition
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
- Reliable transportation to client's homes
