Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting the team in achieving our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette while managing phone systems.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication within the team.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
