We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver to provide support and assistance to individuals who are elderly, ill, or have disabilities. The Caregiver will be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks, monitoring their health, ensuring their safety, and providing companionship. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of empathy, patience, and dedication to improving the quality of life for those in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
- Provide mobility assistance such as helping clients in and out of bed, chairs, or wheelchairs.
- Support with continence care and monitor any changes in hygiene or health.
Health Monitoring:
- Administer prescribed medications and keep accurate medication records.
- Monitor vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse) and report changes to medical personnel or family.
- Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and communicate relevant health updates.
Nutrition and Meal Preparation:
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines.
- Assist with feeding if necessary.
- Monitor food and fluid intake to ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
Household Assistance:
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, sweeping, dusting, and dishwashing.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the client.
Companionship and Emotional Support:
- Engage in conversation, recreational activities, and hobbies with the client.
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance.
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction and physical activity as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and observant of clients’ needs and conditions.
