Job Title: Homecare Caretaker - Immediate Opening!

Seeking a kind and reliable Caretaker for an immediate part-time position: Provide essential support and companionship to a client in their home.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding.
- Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers within the home.
- Observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the client.
- Adhering to ComfortCare Homecare's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, certified nursing assistant (CNA), or similar role is preferred but not always required. We value individuals with a genuine desire to care for others.
- A compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this consistent schedule.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on client needs.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
