Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise caregivers and ensure quality care for clients
- Conduct client intakes and routine supervisor visits
- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Administer medication reminders and monitor health changes
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years of caregiving experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
