Position: Full-Time Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and deliver excellent customer service to clients and caregivers.
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments seamlessly.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the hiring process, including screening and onboarding new caregivers.
- Cover shifts as a caregiver when needed, providing direct care and support to clients.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed.
- Home health experience and employee scheduling expertise are essential for this role.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous experience in home care scheduling is required.
- Experience in office administration or caregiving is a plus.
- Compassionate, reliable, and capable of working independently.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
