We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Lead in Battle Creek, MI, to oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality in-home care services. If you have a passion for caregiving and leadership, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct supervisory visits to ensure exceptional client care.
Support and mentor caregiving staff.
