We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Lead in Benton Harbor, MI, to oversee and provide high-quality in-home care services. If you have a passion for leadership and caregiving, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality care for clients.
Support and mentor caregiving staff.
Coordinate care plans and maintain client records.
