As a Manager of Care Services at ComForCare, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of home care services to ensure safe and effective delivery, policy development,  and assist in quality assurance and performance evaluation efforts.

What we are looking for: 
  • Experienced Manager in running a home care company  in senior facility setting
  • Experienced CNA
  • Minimum of one (1) year of home care supervision experience required
Add any additional state-regulated minimum requirements.
What you will be doing: 
  • Plan, schedule, direct, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all direct and indirect services to Agency home care clients ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate home care services.
  • On call for immediate staff and/or clients needs

Salary Range: 
  • Negotiable
Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
