Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated caregivers in Coldwater to provide essential personal care and support to individuals in need. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with a variety of daily living tasks, offer companionship, and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their homes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and activities
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dusting, and organizing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients' safety at all times
- Provide transportation for appointments and errands (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a caring, compassionate attitude
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to client care
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for some shifts
- Ability to lift and assist with physical tasks (as needed)
