Description:
Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our team in Oshtemo, MI. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience providing personal care and assistance to others, we’d love to have you as part of our team!
As a Home Care Specialist, you will assist clients with daily living activities in the comfort of their homes. You’ll provide non-medical support, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offer medication reminders and monitor health conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate with families.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (in-home care experience a plus!).
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients' homes.

Compensation: $10.35 - $13.75 per hour
