As an In-Home Support Specialist, you’ll provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, personal care, medication reminders, companionship, and more. Your role will help improve the quality of life for individuals who need a little extra support to maintain their independence at home.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (In-home care experience a plus!).
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to follow care plans and provide exceptional service.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and families.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
