Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate In-Home Care Providers to join our team in Three Rivers, MI. In this role, you will help individuals with daily living activities, offer companionship, and ensure their well-being in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you will help individuals with daily living activities, offer companionship, and ensure their well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with mobility support and client transfers
- Monitor health and report any changes to family or healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience or a similar role
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Reliable transportation to clients' homes in Three Rivers, MI
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
