We are hiring experienced Care Assistants in New Troy, MI, to join our team and provide quality care to individuals in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Aid with mobility assistance and transfers
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes to family or healthcare providers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in home care or caregiving
- Compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting to clients’ homes in New Troy, MI
- Ability to work independently
