We are seeking compassionate In-Home Care Providers to join our team in Galien, MI. As an In-Home Care Provider, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, offering companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Aid with mobility assistance and client transfers
- Monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to family or healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a caregiving or home care role
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient with excellent communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting to clients' homes in Galien, MI
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle responsibilities
