We are currently seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in New Troy, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and ensuring the comfort and safety of clients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with mobility and help transfer clients as needed
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to family or healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in home care or a similar field
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in New Troy, MI
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
