We are looking for a dedicated Companion Caregiver to join our team in Portage, MI. As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide non-medical assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities by offering companionship, assistance with daily tasks, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
We are looking for a dedicated Companion Caregiver to join our team in Portage, MI. As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide non-medical assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities by offering companionship, assistance with daily tasks, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Help with personal care such as grooming and dressing
- Monitor client health and well-being and report changes
- Ensure client comfort and safety
Qualifications:
- At least one year of caregiving or companion care experience
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Must have transportation to clients’ homes in Portage
