This role requires you to assist with personal care tasks, light housekeeping, and offering emotional support. Previous experience is required to ensure quality care for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, such as grooming, dressing, and bathing
- Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and offer emotional support to clients
- Ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of clients
- Report any changes in health or condition to the family or care team
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as a Personal Care Assistant
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Springfield and nearby areas
