Your role will include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring that clients’ needs are met with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (help with bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility support
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client health and ensure safety at all times
- Communicate with family members and caregivers regularly
Qualifications:
- Previous Direct Support Professional experience required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Must pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation to clients’ homes in Niles and nearby areas
