Job Title: Care Lead – $16-$17/Hour with Gas Bonus

Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and compassionate Care Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of caregiving experience who is skilled in using equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts. The position requires flexibility, travel, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
Job Requirements:
- Must be female.
- At least 2-3 years of caregiving experience is required.
- Proficient in using equipment such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and other mobility aids.
- This role requires travel within a 50-mile radius as needed.
- Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation.
- Availability for every other weekend is required.
- Strong leadership skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct caregiving support to clients, filling in shifts as needed (at least 50% of the schedule).
- Conduct supervisor visits to monitor the quality of care and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of caregiving equipment.
- Monitor and report client progress to the healthcare team.
- Support and guide the caregiving team, maintaining high care standards.
