Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to clients and caregivers.
- Managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
- Communicating effectively with caregivers and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assisting with the hiring process, including screening and onboarding new caregivers.
- Covering shifts as a caregiver when needed, providing direct care and support to clients.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous Experience in Home Care Scheduling
- Previous experience in office administration or caregiving is a plus.
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Proactive.
