Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Portage, MI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional in-home care services, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications and monitor clients' health under supervision, if applicable.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
- Operate and assist with Hoyer lifts or similar equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations.
Requirements:
- Must be 20 years or older.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.

Valid driver’s license or access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hoyer lift training and experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
