Job Summary:
Join our team as a Home Health Aide in Three Oaks, Michigan, and provide essential in-home care services to clients. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
Support mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
Document care provided and communicate updates to supervisors.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.
Certification as a Home Health Aide is a plus.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
