Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of caregivers to ensure the best possible care for clients.
- Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Conduct and supervise routine health checks to monitor clients' well-being.
- Develop and maintain care plans that reflect the individual needs of each client.
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and medical professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and act with compassion and patience.
- Must be able to work independently and ensure care plans are executed efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations within Kalamazoo.
