Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of care activities for individuals in need.
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers to ensure quality care delivery.
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities.
- Coordinate care schedules and ensure all clients' needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with families, healthcare providers, and the care team.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment for both caregivers and clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare-related role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
