We are looking for dedicated Caregivers/PSWs to join our growing team and support clients in Cambridge and the surrounding area. Your role will encompass providing essential care, companionship, and home support, with an emphasis on documentation and communication with the team, clients, and their loved ones. At ComForCare, we prioritize personalized care and white-glove service, including specialized services for clients with dementia and Parkinson’s.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in caregiving or as a personal support worker.

Training: PSW certification or equivalent, with specialized dementia and Parkinson’s care training preferred.

Skills: Excellent attention to detail in documentation, strong interpersonal and English communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

G2 or G license is required.
- Vulnerable Sector Check dated within 6 Months is required
Key Responsibilities:

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with daily routines, ensuring dignity and independence, while accurately recording assistance provided and changes in client capability.

Companionship: Engage with clients to support emotional well-being and enhance their quality of life.

Home Support: Perform tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.

Health and Safety Monitoring: Monitor health indicators, document daily observations, and communicate changes. Adhere to strict standards of documentation to support continuity of care.

Specialized Care: Use your training in dementia and Parkinson’s care to provide tailored support. GPA training is preferred for this role.

Accurate Documentation: Consistently maintain detailed, timely records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies to ensure quality and transparency of care.
