As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on care, support, and companionship, helping clients maintain their independence while living comfortably in their own homes. No prior experience is necessary – we provide all the training you need to succeed in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Provide mobility assistance, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in activities to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, sweeping, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide transportation and accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities.
  • Communicate regularly with the care management team regarding client progress, needs, or changes in condition.
Qualifications

  • A compassionate and caring attitude is a must.
  • Previous caregiving of 2 to 3 years is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
