We are looking for an individual to be on-call at least two weekends a month. This person will be the point of contact for our clients/their families, our employees, and prospective clients and their requests. This role will also support our caregiver scheduling function. What you’ll be doing:
- Answer Agency phone calls, and regularly check for voicemail messages, emails, and Text-Em-All text messages, and respond to individuals in a timely manner
- Document intake information for prospective clients in the Intake Summary Form and notify owner of such inquiries
- Handle and coordinate caregiver staffing for call offs and open shifts
- Ensure open shifts are covered by the close of each day for the following day
- Report client/family/employee concerns as well as any incidients that occurred to the supervisory staff
- Attend a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients/family, co-workers, and prospective clients
- Detail-oriented with outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Resident of the Washington DC metro area
- Availability for occasional weekday off-hours support is a plus
